These terms apply when you buy ClaudeFluence from claudefluence.com. By buying, you agree to them.
Who we are
ClaudeFluence is an independent educational product sold by LearnClaudePro (Drummoyne, NSW, Australia). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or related to Anthropic, Claude, or any other AI provider.
What you buy
A one-time purchase of digital materials. Not a subscription.
- Starter: 30 days of app access and the 14 daily lessons.
- Pro: lifetime app access and the full Work System listed at checkout.
- Add-ons are optional one-time extras. They are included only if you add them at checkout.
You must be 18 or older to buy.
Access
Access is delivered digitally after payment, to the email used at checkout. Keep that email. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for yourself. You may not share, resell, copy for others, or post the materials publicly. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms were broken.
Nothing is shipped.
Results
The course teaches methods. We do not guarantee income, time saved, job outcomes, or any other result. What you get out of it depends on how you use it.
Refunds
Email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if it does not save you time. After that, the sale is final except where Australian Consumer Law says otherwise. Tell us the email used on the order. After a refund, your access may be removed.
Australian Consumer Law
If you are a consumer in Australia, nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
